Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply to Habit Quest, made by Laliora Gaming ("we"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old.
The game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for fun. We may change, update, pause or end the game or any feature, including in-game balance, at any time.
Virtual items
Coins, gems, points, keys and other in-game items have no real-world value. They can't be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money, and you don't own them. There's no gambling and no real-money prizes.
Playing fairly
Don't cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, attack our servers, or harass other players. We may remove scores, reset progress or suspend accounts that do.
Ads
The game shows ads. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and the products in them.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of in-game progress or items.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
